Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of:

“Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.”

This means that if an item is manufactured specifically according to the customer’s specifications, whether with regard to size, color, material, or any other specification, there is generally no right of withdrawal.

This applies to all items in this shop, as it is an “on demand” shop and the items are only manufactured specifically for the customer after the order has been received.
