How can I store in the store
To register, click on the user icon at the top right. First select the account type:

- For private purchases: Create a private account with your private e-mail address and delivery address. Or order as a guest customer.

- For business purchases on account: Create a METRO business account with your business e-mail address and enter your cost center as a mandatory field. Orders on account are only possible in business account mode. Always fill in all required information. After registering, you can log in at any time, view your orders and retrieve tracking codes for your orders. 

Where can I reset my password? Click on the user icon at the top right and then on Log in. Then enter your email address and press "Forgot password". 

How long are the delivery times? It usually takes about 2 weeks for your goods to be delivered. 

How can I pay in the store? Purchases via a business account are processed via invoice, private purchases can only be paid via PayPal. 


Washing instructions for printed textiles 

- Refined textiles (flex, flock, digital and screen printing) should be turned inside out before washing and ironing.
- Only embroidered textiles are not sensitive to washing and can be treated as normal.
- The imprints created by transfer printing are caused by the process and do not represent a reduction in quality. They will disappear after the first wash.
- Wash at max. 30°C using a commercially available mild detergent with sufficient water.
- Hang on a hanger to dry without wringing out first.
- The durability of digital prints depends on the frequency of washing.
- We recommend hand washing.
- The textiles themselves can be ironed as normal, but the printed area should only be ironed from the reverse side and only on the “Synthetic fibers” setting.
- Digital prints must first cool down before folding, otherwise the printed area will stick together and the colors will mix.
- The following must be avoided in all cases: mangling, dry cleaning, bathing clothes, brushing and scratching when wet, ironing too hot, ironing inside out. 


- For team outfits, only wash 1 piece at a time to test.
- Only our direct embroideries are suitable for dry cleaning. However, this does not always apply to the textile itself. In this case, please note the sewn-in label, which specifies the highest possible washing temperature. 

- Only compliance with these points guarantees the durability of the flocking or printing, a consistent color intensity and contrast effect. 

- In the event of deviations from these washing instructions, no liability will be accepted for any damage that may occur.
